Gold deals on Moscow Exchange soar to 42.27 tns in Jan–Sep

MOSCOW, Nov 2 (PRIME) -- The physical volume of gold deals on the Moscow Exchange increased almost fourfold to 42.27 tonnes in January–September from 10.617 tonnes in the same period of 2020, the bourse said on Tuesday.

The volume of silver deals rose by 28.1% to 22.387 tonnes.

In monetary terms, the deals in gold and silver grew to 172.6 billion rubles in the period from 45.425 billion rubles in January–September 2020.
